General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the “Illari Jewellery” Online Store
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the Illari Jewellery online store by consumers and businesses.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
Customers may add the desired products to their shopping cart and review and, where necessary, correct their information during the ordering process.
By activating the final order button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded upon our express order confirmation or upon dispatch of the goods.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices displayed in the online store are final prices.
In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), VAT is not shown due to the application of the small-business regulation.
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the purchase price. The applicable shipping costs are displayed to the customer during checkout before the order is completed and are also specified in our Shipping Policy.
We offer free standard shipping for orders of €120.00 or more.
4. Payment
The payment methods available for the respective order are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Payment is made using the payment method selected during checkout. Any additional terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider remain unaffected.
The complete amount payable by the customer, including any applicable shipping costs, is displayed before the binding order is submitted.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Orders are dispatched from Germany.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
The applicable transit time must be added to the processing time. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs for Germany, the European Union and other international destinations can be found in our Shipping Policy.
The delivery periods stated there are estimated delivery times. Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance may occur, particularly for international shipments.
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs charges or taxes. Unless otherwise required by law, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Availability
We primarily offer handmade one-of-a-kind pieces. If an ordered item is exceptionally no longer available, we will inform the customer without undue delay. Any payments already received for goods that cannot be delivered will be refunded.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal.
Details regarding the withdrawal period, return procedure, return shipping costs, condition of returned goods and refunds are set out in our separate Withdrawal and Return Policy, which is accessible at all times through our online store.
The consumer’s statutory rights in the event of defective goods remain unaffected.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
In the event of a defect, customers are requested to contact us using the contact details provided so that we can review the matter as quickly as possible.
9. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
10. Liability
We accept unlimited liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health and for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
In all other respects, the statutory liability provisions apply.

12. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country of their habitual residence.
