Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after the order is received.
Processing time is separate from the transit times stated below. The total estimated delivery time therefore consists of processing time + transit time.
Orders are generally not processed or handed over to the shipping carrier on weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping Outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are imposed by the relevant authorities in the destination country and, unless expressly stated otherwise, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Times
The stated delivery times are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays, increased shipping volumes, customs clearance or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
