General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the "Illari Jewellery" Online Shop
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed via the Illari Jewellery online shop by consumers and business customers.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
The customer may add desired products to the shopping cart and review or correct their details during the ordering process.
By clicking the final order button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded upon our express order confirmation or upon shipment of the goods.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices stated in the online shop are final prices.
In accordance with Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged due to the small business regulation.
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the product price. The applicable shipping costs are displayed to the customer during checkout before the order is finalized and are also listed in our shipping policy.
We offer free standard shipping on orders with a value of €120.00 or more.
4. Payment
The payment methods available for the specific checkout process are displayed to the customer before the order is finalized.
Payment is made via the method selected during checkout. Any additional terms and conditions imposed by a payment service provider remain unaffected.
The total amount payable by the customer, including any applicable shipping costs, is displayed before the binding order is placed. 5. Delivery and Shipping
We ship from Germany.
Order processing time is generally 1–2 business days.
Shipping transit time is additional to this. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs for Germany, the European Union, and other international destinations can be found in our shipping policy.
The delivery times stated there are estimates. Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance may occur, particularly with international shipments.
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes. Unless otherwise required by law, these costs are to be borne by the recipient.
6. Availability
We primarily offer unique, handmade items. In the rare event that an ordered item is no longer available, we will notify the customer immediately. Any payments already received for undeliverable goods will be refunded.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
Details regarding the withdrawal period, the return process, return shipping costs, the condition of the goods, and refunds are set out in our separate withdrawal and return policy, which is accessible at any time in the online shop.
The consumer's statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
In the event of a defect, we ask the customer to contact us using the provided contact details so that we can investigate the matter as quickly as possible.
9. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received. 10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
In all other respects, statutory liability provisions apply.

12. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
